Rich, decadent and super easy to make.
- 1/2 cup firmly packed soft brown sugar
- 60 g (2 ounces) unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup pouring cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt flakes
- combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low-medium heat
- stirring until sugar dissolves
- simmer for a few minutes
- serve and enjoy!
- sauce will appear to be very thin, but will thicken as it cools
